    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

Plant Care Tip: Upon arrival, give your plants time to acclimate to their new environment before repotting. Most plants benefit from 2-3 days of adjustment.

    • Original packaging preferred (when possible)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Seasonal annual flowers for fall color (once planted)
  • Plants removed from original containers
  • Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation
  • Custom/special order items (like rare Cajun Hibiscus varieties)
